The stage is set for the 2008 Rally Up North August

Thanks
for your new interest or your continued support of the "Rally Up
North", better known as the "RUN". The RUN was the brain child of
a group of charitable minded bikers. The intent of the RUN has
always been to throw a great party, expose many people from all
over to the great riding in the lakes area, and most importantly
if the event remains successful we donate a lot of money to
charity. So far we have achieved our goals. The RUN is growing
into one of Minnesota’s largest motorcycle rally’s and has all
the important aspects for the committee, sponsors, and
participants to believe it will grow very fast into a full blown
motorcycle rally. We have always intended to keep the charitable
aspect involved and want to make Labor Day weekend in The
Brainerd Lakes Area the premiere destination for riders of all
sorts. We are all enthusiasts and live the biker culture, some
more than others. This event brings bikers from all walks of
life. The more the merrier as far as we are concerned. New
for 2008:
As you all probably know, the Rally Up North is growing every
year. With growth come more challenges and more opportunities.
It has always been our intent to take this from an organized
ride to a full blown rally. We were given the opportunity to
take the RUN to the next level and we took it. We have gone from
a one day ride to two days of bands, entertainment, camping,
vendors, and of course riding.
Location – We are relocating to a venue that provides us
growth for years to come. The Crow Wing County Fairgrounds!
4 bands - We have two great bands on both Friday and
Saturday night. They will be playing a variety of music that
everyone can enjoy. Expect to be impressed with these bands!
Camping - There will finally be camping available in
2008! There are water and electrical hookups available, showers,
and bathrooms.
Vendor Alley - We are booking vendors to provide some
shopping for you.
What didn’t change you say? The price! You can still
register for $20 by August 2nd and
get a FREE RUN t-shirt! For another $20 you can set up camp!
Now that’s a good deal!
