GENERAL INFORMATION

HOURS
Gates open at 9am Friday, August 29th. Everyone out by noon on Sunday, August 31st.

CHECK IN
Camping starts at 9am Friday, August 29th. Everyone out by noon on Sunday, August 31st. You can add camping to your party pass at the front gate until 11pm Friday and Saturday night.

WILL CALL
Hours: 9am - 11:00 PM
Location: At the walk-in entrance. [view map].
You will receive a wristband for your purchases at will call. Please bring a copy of your confirmation. You will then receive the proper wristbands and t-shirts. (T-shirts for those who pre-register by August 2nd only.) You must be 21 years or older with a picture ID to enter. No minors will be allowed this year. Once you receive your wristband, you will be allowed to come and go as you please. No bottles, cans, coolers, video cameras, beverages of any kind or umbrellas may be brought into the party zone. You will be asked to open bags for inspection.

FACILITES
Shower houses and restroom facilities in the campgrounds. Both are cleaned daily.

PARKING
Parking is free in the south lot. [view map] Camping, RV’s, and the like are not permitted in the parking lot.
If you camp in the parking lot or sleep in a vehicle outside of the camping area, you are subject to Minnesota laws. (DWI) We don’t want to see that happen. The camping is cheap, fun, and safe.

SPECIAL NEEDS ACCESSIBILITY
ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Day parking is available on the South Side of the party zone by the walk in entrance. You must have a state-issued ACCESSIBLE permit to park. From the parking lot, use the South Gate entrance to access the concert area. There is no charge for parking.

GOING THROUGH THE GATES
If you or an escort need assistance, security personnel are on-hand to help you.

ACCESSIBLE CAMPING
Accessible camping is available. You must have a state-issued ACCESSIBLE permit to camp. Every effort will be made to provide specific camping for people with special needs on a case-by-case basis. Please purchase your camping in advance and let us know in advance of any special requirements that you may need.
 
THINGS TO BRING
You may want to bring lawn chairs but lounge chairs are prohibited. Please, No seat markers like flags, balloons or similar that may obstruct the view of the crowd sitting behind you. The music area is cleared of chairs each night. Everyone's safety and enjoyment of the event is of the utmost importance. Please read the following rules so everyone can enjoy the Rally Up North.

GENERAL RULES
1. Pets are not allowed in the party zone or in the campgrounds. Please leave your pets at home.

2. No food, beverages, or coolers, no glass, umbrellas or video cameras allowed in the concert area.

3. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE RALLY UP NORTH THIS YEAR. In order to purchase alcohol at the RUN you must show a photo identification to get a wristband, which must be worn at all times. You must produce identification if anyone on the RUN staff requests to see it during the weekend, and will forfeit your wristband and be removed from the premises if you cannot do so.

4. No weapons, fireworks, golf carts, all terrain vehicles (ATV), or cruising on motorcycles and vehicles, in the concert area or campgrounds.

5. Rally Up North, LLC. is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to personal property.

6. Persons engaging in violent, obscene or unruly behavior will be immediately ejected from the concert site, campgrounds, or parking lots, and may be subject to arrest. No refunds will be given for tickets or camping permits.

7. No seat markers like flags, balloons or similar that may obstruct the view of the crowd sitting behind you.

8. Absolutely NO GUNS allowed on the property with or without a permit.

9. The RUN is not designed for young children to attend. Parents are discouraged from bringing young children to this event.

RAIN OR SHINE
In the event of inclement weather some portions of the event may be interrupted, and resume again as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a "rain or shine" basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellations due to bad weather. We have plenty of enclosed buildings set aside for this. (view map)
